We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times
The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
International orders: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be shown at checkout.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Wiggy’s Supply is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
